ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT SUBCONTRACT WORKERS
Companies large and small may be able to skirt the law and any legal
responsibility for using illegal immigrants to work for them by hiring the
"illegals" through sub-contractor companies. By using sub-contractors to hire
illegal immigrants a company can then deny any knowledge that it knew the
immigrants were here in the U.S. illegally!
Unfortunately, these sub-contractors, either knowingly or unknowingly, have
been known to recruit possible "sleeper cell" terrorists in the process!
