THE PERFECT TERRORIST NUCLEAR BOMB

It is the size of a suitcase and over 100 of them actually exist and may even be missing from the former Soviet Union's nuclear arsenal. No one knows for sure where these deadly suitcases may be! It takes just one person to detonate a suitcase nuclear bomb which can wipe out 100,000 people in any large city in the U.S. not counting all those who will be affected in the surrounding areas by radioactive fallout!

If a suitcase bomb ever goes off in the U.S. is retaliation the solution? Likely not, but it may be the only answer to an unsolvable problem!
