Some soft-serve machines may be contaminated with sickening bacteria 10 to 30
times above typical legal sanitary limits imposed by states everywhere in the
USA.
It basically comes down to sloppy, careless owner/operators who should
simply clean their soft-serve machines regularly which solves most bacteria
problems.
