DAY CARE CENTER STAFF

The staff at a day care center is a parent's top priority but this is where center management may likely cut corners on staff training costs and staff wages. When looking into a center for your child you may want to consider staff training, their temperament and staff employment turnover.

Many states require no training to be a day care center worker and too many people with a criminal background may become day care center employees!

Always try and make sure the center is licensed and ask to talk to other parents who use the center for their children. Also, never hesitate to ask questions of the staff face to face.

When it comes to day care center wages, remember that day care center staffers may earm no more morey than fast food restaurant workers.
